**A: Reporting an Intermittent Absence**

1. **Call HR One Source: **
- Dial 1-833-599-2100.

2. **Register Account on WVU Connect: **
- Visit the [WVU Connect page] (https://wvuhs-ss.ess-absencetracker.com/Login?ReturnUrl=%2F).
- Click on "Applications."
- Select "Request a Leave of Absence."
- Register your account using your work email.

3. **Send an Email to loateam@hronesource.org: **
- Include the following information:
- Your name
- Employee ID Number
- Case number (if known)
- Date and type of absence
- Hours missed and hours scheduled
