There was no movement from the hospital's proposal in regard to:

  • Reducing medical premiums
  • Adding money to the annual wage scale increases 
  • Wiping the attendance record clean from ratification date or adopting a perfect attendance program.
  • Moving housekeeping attendants up in pay grade
